Heinkel He-115 Recovered

This thing looks very promising! A Heinkel He115 is finally recovered after 70 years. In fact it’s still looking quite good. The floats and an engine are missing but otherwise it’s in a rather good condition. In the second video you can see there’s even ammunition left in the gun.

These are the pictures taken of a very rare Heinkel HE 115 that was raised out of the Fjord in Stavanger Norway on 02 June 2012. The aircraft crashed into the Fjord in 1942 and was re-discovered in 2010 and the local flight museum started a project to raise and restore it.

Someone responded on the video, saying that they will not restore it but that they will leave it in this condition.
